A defined piece of work with named deliverables and a fixed timeline. Suitable for a protocol review, a regulatory-file audit, a clinical-workflow assessment, a staffing or compliance review, or a similar bounded task.

A monthly retainer for teams that need steady advisory access — research groups through a study, or organisations through a build. Hours, cadence, and deliverables are set per engagement.

Prices on this page are starting points. Final fees are agreed in the written scope of work or engagement letter you sign, and reflect the depth, seniority, and duration of the work involved. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST where applicable) and are quoted in Indian Rupees.
Public workshops are open-registration and paid per seat. Commissioned in-house programmes are quoted from scope at a per-day rate that covers design, delivery, materials, and a written debrief.
Single-evening public seminars — for example, "Understanding anxiety and depression" or similar open-registration talks. Held in-person in New Delhi and online. Per-seat fees vary by topic and format.

Multi-session public workshops — for example, "Supporting a family member" or "First response, for parents and teachers". Structured small-group format. Registration fees depend on programme length and materials.

Programmes built for your organisation, school, or community group. The per-day rate covers scoping, content design, delivery, participant materials, and a written debrief for the sponsor. Final fee depends on programme length, group size, and location.

Starting prices reflect our entry-level formats; longer, larger, or more specialised programmes are priced accordingly in the written proposal. Non-profits, public schools, and government bodies: write to us separately — we keep a limited number of subsidised programme days each year for partners whose reach we respect.
We quote for outcomes, not hours. A quoted fee includes the named advisor's time, internal review by a second practitioner, one round of written revisions, and a written handover.
The discovery consultation is paid in advance through Razorpay. Scoped projects and retainers are invoiced against a written engagement letter and can be paid by Razorpay or bank transfer.
Payments made in error or before an engagement letter is signed are refundable — see our refund and cancellation policy.
Invoices are issued by Manadi Consulting LLP (LLPIN ACU-1806; GSTIN to be published here on registration). Goods and Services Tax is charged where applicable under Indian law. Tax-deducted-at-source (TDS) may apply depending on the payer; we provide the documentation you need to reconcile it.
