Policy
Privacy policy
Effective date: 22 April 2026 · Applies to the website manadiconsulting.com and to Manadi Consulting LLP (LLPIN ACU-1806).
This policy explains what personal information Manadi Consulting LLP ("Manadi", "we", "us") collects through this website and in the course of our engagements, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.
We are a small advisory practice. We collect only what we need to respond to you, deliver the services you have asked for, meet our legal obligations, and run our business. We do not sell personal data.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for this website and for our engagements is Manadi Consulting LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India (LLPIN: ACU-1806), with its registered office at House No. 42 B, First Floor, Block AJ, Shalimar Bagh, North West Delhi — 110088, India. You can reach us at mail@manadiconsulting.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, organisation, email address, and phone number when you write to us or submit an enquiry form.
- Engagement information — documents, draft protocols, regulatory files, programme briefs, and other materials you share with us so we can advise on or design around them.
- Training registration details — name, organisation (if any), and email when you register for a public seminar or workshop. For organisations commissioning an in-house programme, the sponsor's contact and invoicing details.
- Billing details — the name, address, GSTIN (if applicable), and tax information needed to raise an invoice.
- Payment instruments — card or bank details are entered directly with our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not see or store full card numbers or banking credentials.
Information we collect automatically
- Basic website logs — your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. Our hosting provider uses these logs to operate and secure the website.
- Cookies — we use only the minimum cookies needed to run the site. Our payment processor may set cookies during checkout; see their policy linked below.
3. Why we use your data
We use the information above to:
- respond to your enquiries and agree a scope of work;
- deliver the services you have engaged us to perform;
- process payments and issue tax invoices;
- meet accounting, tax, and other legal obligations in India;
- operate, secure, and improve this website;
- communicate about an active engagement and, if you have asked us to, follow up afterwards.
4. Legal basis for processing
We rely on one or more of the following bases under Indian law and, where relevant, other applicable data-protection laws:
- Contract — processing necessary to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request before entering into one.
- Legal obligation — processing required by tax, accounting, or other laws.
- Legitimate interests — running and securing our practice in a way that does not override your rights.
- Consent — where you have given it, for example by submitting an enquiry form; you can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary:
- Payment processor — Razorpay Software Private Limited, for processing payments. See Razorpay's privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy.
- Professional advisers — our chartered accountant, tax consultant, legal counsel, or auditor, bound by confidentiality.
- Infrastructure providers — the hosting, email, and document-management providers we use to run our practice.
- Regulators and authorities — where required by law, court order, or legitimate regulatory request.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
6. Research and health-related data
In the normal course of our advisory, research, and training work we do not need access to identifiable patient data. Where an engagement does involve identifiable personal or health data — for example, an anonymisation review or a research-data-management engagement — we will:
- ask you to anonymise or pseudonymise the data before sharing, wherever this is possible;
- handle it only as a limited data processor under a written data-processing agreement;
- not use it for any purpose other than the specific engagement;
- return or delete it at the end of the engagement, on your instruction.
Training and awareness participants are not asked for health information as part of registration. Any personal reflections shared during a workshop are treated as confidential by the facilitator and are not recorded as part of our files.
7. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from the last contact unless you ask us to delete it earlier. We keep engagement records and financial documents for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law (currently at least 8 years). We keep website logs for a short period consistent with security needs.
8. Security
We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect the data we hold — including access controls, encryption of data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive engagement files, and vendor selection that accounts for data security. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected individuals and the appropriate authorities as required by law in the event of a breach affecting personal data.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you are based, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate;
- ask us to delete data, subject to our legal obligations;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it;
- complain to the appropriate data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to mail@manadiconsulting.com. We will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law.
10. Cross-border transfers
Some of our infrastructure providers may process data outside India. Where this happens, we use providers with appropriate safeguards and keep such transfers to the minimum necessary.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
